By placing a shipping order you agree to the following conditions.
Orders typically ship within 1 business day and are delivered in another 1-3 business days. For example, if you order during business hours on Wednesday, you can expect delivery between Thursday and the following Tuesday. You'll receive tracking information with the expected delivery date after shipment.
As orders may enter the shipping process very quickly, we cannot guarantee success of cancellation requests.
A Cancellation Fee of 5% ($5 minimum) will be charged for cancelled orders.
In general, there are no returns on shipped orders.
Boxes are expensive to ship because of their size. Although you may receive free or discounted shipping with your order, full cost of shipping would need to be billed upon return. In addition, you'd need to pay the cost of shipping the boxes back (cost applies even if you refuse shipment.) These costs combined with Cancellation Fees make it rare for a return to be worthwhile.
If you believe your situation is one of the rare ones, let us know and we'll contact the seller to see if they'd be willing to accept your return. Never return without authorization as your shipment may be refused or ignored.
Full costs of the return and reshipment, as detailed in the Returns section, will be billed to you. These costs can be substantial so please make sure that the address you provide is correct and deliverable by a commercial carrier such as UPS.
There is no delivery to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. In most cases, there is also no delivery outside of the continental U.S.
